    My Buena Vida bracelets, depending on the one you choose, are made of crafted lava stones, colorful beads, recycled wood and the charms are made with an alloy of metals.

  • What is the bracelet size?

    My Buena Vida bracelets are a one size fits all kind of bracelet. Some designs come with an adjustable string that will adapt to your wrist perfectly!

  • Are custom bracelets available?

    Custom bracelets are not available. Come back occasionally as we refresh our collection frequently with My Buena Vida touch!

  • How can I update my payment method?

      • How does my Buena Vida Family subscription work?

        When you purchase from the Buena Vida Family, your contribution will process within the first 10 days of the month. As a thank you for your contribution, you will receive a curated package within the first 10 days of the following month.

        Members can take advantage of the lower prices and promotions offered on the Buena Vida Family shop. The subscription will not be duplicated.

        As a member subscribed to the Buena Vida Family, you will collaborate with a charitable organization and My Buena Vida to impact our environment and communities. You will also receive a package that represents the partnered charity that particular month in appreciation for your contribution.

        If you wish to place an order without joining the program, you can access the One Time Order shop.

      • How can I unsubscribe?

        Please note that all Buena Vida Family members must complete their first contribution to a charitable campaign ($19.99) prior to being eligible for cancellation. Requests to leave the program prior to having completed the contribution of $19.99 the first month, will go into effect after the contribution is processed for the first time.

        To cancel your subscription, please go to unsubscribe and  submit the request to the system. Please make sure you complete the form with the name and email address used when placing your original purchase. Subscription cancellations must be submitted within the first 15 days of the month to go into effect for the next billing cycle. Any request made after the 15th of each month will still be processed during the next cycle and go into effect for the following cycle thereafter.

        All contributions made by purchasing the subscription on the Buena Vida Family shop are nonrefundable.

      • Can I make a purchase without subscribing?

        Yes, if you wish to place an order without subscribing, you can access the "One Time Order" section. 

      • Am I automatically enrolled into the subscription after I place an order?

        No. If you purchase under the One Time Order shop you will not be enrolled. Placing a new order under the Buena Vida Family shop acknowledges your agreement to purchase and activate the subscription after your click the final "complete".

      • I want to be a part of the Buena Vida Family, how can I do that?

        Buena Vida Family is the way to go! As a member of the Buena Vida Family, your contributions help our partnered charities in an impactful way. Members receive discounts, special promotions, and exclusive access to products and events. Each month as a member you will receive a My Buena Vida curated package representing that cause as a big THANK YOU from the team.

        Once packages are shipped they usually take 3-5 business days to arrive within the US and 10-15 business days for international orders.

        Once package is ready to ship you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please consider that the courier takes 1-3 business days to process the update on their system.

    • Returns are accepted and must be coordinated within 5 business days of receiving the item. The package must be unopened and in the same condition received.
