GENERAL INFO 

  • Are they waterproof? 

My Buena Vida bracelets can get wet but keep in mind some figures can be sensitive and may lose their original colors.

 

  •  What are the bracelets made of?

My Buena Vida bracelets, depending on the one you choose, are made of crafted lava stones, colorful beads, recycled wood and the charms are made with an alloy of metals.

 

  • What is the bracelet size?

My Buena Vida bracelets are a one size fits all kind of bracelet. Some designs come with an adjustable string that will adapt to your wrist perfectly! 

 

  • Are custom bracelets available?

Custom bracelets are not available. Come back occasionally as we refresh our collection frequently with My Buena Vida touch!

  

SUBSCRIPTIONS 

  • How does my subscription work?

When you purchase from the Subscribe Buena Vida Family, you automatically get enrolled onto the monthly subscription program.

As a member subscribed to the Buena Vida family, you will collaborate with supporting a different charitable organization every month. As a thank you for your help, you will also receive a My Buena Vida special edition bracelet along with a media package related to that cause.

Buena Vida Family orders placed within prior to July 17th will receive the July subscription bracelet within the following 10 days. Buena Vida Family orders created after July 18th will receive the August edition bracelet during the month of August.

However, if you wish to place an order without our monthly subscription program, you can access the One Time Order.

 

  • How can I unsubscribe?

To cancel your subscription, please go to https://www.mybuenavida. com/pages/unsubscribe and fill out the form to cancel your subscription. Complete the form with the name and email address you used when placing your order.

Your subscription will be cancelled within the next 24 hrs. You will receive a confirmation email.

 

  • Can I make a purchase without subscribing to the monthly program?

Yes, if you wish to place an order without subscribing, you can access the "One Time Orders" section. You may also place the order through Subscribe and then cancel immediately after checkout.

 

  • Am I automatically subscribed every time I place an order?

No. If you purchase under the One Time Orders section you will not be subscribed. However, every time you place a new order under the "Buena Vida Family" section, a new subscription will be created. You may unsubscribe after checkout if you want to cancel the last subscription made.

 

  • I want to be a part of the Buena Vida Family, how can I do that? 

You will have to place an order under the Subscribe Buena Vida Family section of the site. There you will be automatically enrolled after checkout. As a member of the Buena Vida family, you will collaborate with supporting a different cause every month. As a thank you for your help, you will also receive a My Buena Vida special edition bracelet along with a media package related to that cause.

 

  • How can I re-activate my subscription?

If you previously cancelled your subscription and want to re-activate it, please email at support@mybuenavida.com

  • How much does shipping cost? 
Domestic shipping rates $4.99
International shipping rate $4.99
  •  Do you ship worldwide?

Shipping is worldwide, except for the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. 

Always remember to review your address before the checkout to ensure the package is delivered as soon as possible to you! 

 

  • How much time will my order take to get there?

Once packages are shipped they usually take 3-5 business days to arrive within the US and 10 business days for international orders.

 

  • Where can I track my package?

Once package is ready to ship you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please consider that the courier takes 1-3 business days to process the update on their system. 

 

ORDERS

  • How can I cancel my order?

All orders are final. Once an order has been placed, you cannot cancel it, because as soon as your order is confirmed we begin with the fulfillment process to ship your package as soon as possible.

 

  • How can I modify my order?

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change the items you originally requested, because as soon as your order is confirmed the fulfillment process begins to ship your package as soon as possible.

 

  • How can I change my Shipping address?
If you want to change your shipping address, email at support@mybuenavida.com
However, if the order has been shipped out already, it will be delivered to the original address.
  • I want to change my email address

If you want to change your email address, email support@mybuenavida.com

 

  •  Damaged Buena Vida bracelet?

If you received a damaged My Buena Vida bracelet in your package, please take a picture of it and email it to support@mybuenavida.com, explaining your case. A new one will be sent and the guarantee is up to one month after the delivery. 

 

  •  Missing Item

If you received your package incomplete, please email a photo of what you received to support@mybeunavida.com 

 

  • Which are the payment methods?

We currently accept these forms of payments:

American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and UCB. 

 

  • I have received a My Buena Vida bracelet and I haven't ordered one.

  • Our Return Policy
